Each pack includes TWO 100g freeze dried Roo Burgers, or (2) 8oz raw patties before moisture is removed. Available with or without Freeze Dried Bovine Bone.
Our ground kangaroo meat comes from boneless ‘denver legs’ imported from wild & sustainably Australian sourced Kangaroo’s. They are processed in Australia’s MSA human grade processing facilities & ground in USDA facilities. We never use factory farmed, D3/D4 meats or denature.
A novel protein: Kangaroo meat is very high in protein & iron, and low in cholesterol. It has a strong but sweet flavor, and is much more tender & leaner than venison.

Our Freeze Dried Bovine Bone (aka Microcrystalline Calcium Hydroxyapatite or MCHA) also comes directly imported from pasture raised Australian cattle. It is lab tested for nutritional analysis, heavy metals & microbiologicals. Mixed small batch per pack, we use 6.4g MCHA (containing 1563mg elemental calcium) per 8oz raw patty… giving you a 10% bone ‘burger’ to use for balancing PMR meals; break into pieces for treats or crumble into a meal topper.
Rehydrate by soaking in warm water, or cool water in refrigerator overnight.
