USPS First Class with tracking, or USPS Priority Mail when applicable.

Be sure to include shipping address, email & phone number so that we can invoice you directly. For collars please include: style, pattern, size & color choices.

WARRANTY:

​

Due to fragile nature of Shungite, we do not warranty the shungite stone itself against breaking or chipping. Should your order be received damaged, please take a photo and contact me promptly for a replacememnt.

​

Paracord comes with 30 day warranty against defect or malfunction with normal use. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost. Please email danubepoodles@yahoo.com for all warranty inquiries.

NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER?

All collar orders may be canceled prior to shipping.

Refund will be issued to original form of payment, minus $2 due to transaction fees we are charged.

​

Any changes that need made to a custom order, including Add-On ID Tags, must be received in writing within 24 hours of order.

 

Custom Add-On ID Tags are non-refundable.

ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?

​

New/not worn collars may be returned or exchanged with a 20% restoking fee. Please email danubepoodles@yahoo.com with request, including replacement information if desired. We will email an invoice for 20% fee, or refund difference if replacement is not requested. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost.
